Dolphin Point

This holiday home has been renovated and rejuvinated to a coastal residence by CNC Building Professional.

The whole exterior has been overhauled using weatherboard cladding and bagged brick. A new side balcony has been added as well as a gabled roof at the front facade to give the home a more prominent street appeal.

Internally the double garage has been converted into a secondary living area and new front entry. All bathrooms and internal finishes haven been updated.

 Overall an exceptional transformation.
