  • C O M M U N I T Y | I finally was able to visit beautiful Cobargo and see the finished #phoenixshed initiated by @buildingangels. Back in earth 2020 I pledged some time to help Lisa develop a prototype shed for fire affected people to move in temporarily whilst they are rebuilding their homes. The aim was for people to teach each other to build the shed and don’t rely in tradies. You can see and visit the phoenix shed at the cobargo community gardens.

  • M O N D A Y I N S P O My clients in the back of Milton are building a traditional two bedroom Farmstay Cottage. When deciding on the overall look and feel we couldn’t go past this beautifully designed rural cottage which ticked all our boxes: - weatherboard cladding - high pitch gabled roof - monochromatic colour scheme - covered verandah I’m wrapping up the CC package for my clients and am just waiting for some structural drawings. After that we are ready for building tender. In this case my clients were desperate for additional off-street parking and the property lent itself to have it at the front of the house.
